Beijing Guangdong Hotel held a training effect sharing session

In order to fully prepare for the resumption of operation of Beijing Guangdong Building and improve the staff’s government reception skills, from mid-July to early August, the building sent a total of 21 employees to the Beijing Guoerzhao Hotel under the State Administration of Agency Affairs for follow-up study . On the morning of August 17th, the building held a training sharing meeting. Some employees who went out for training shared what they saw, learned, heard and felt during the study period. The general manager of the building Ye Lifang attended the meeting.



First, the staff of the housekeeping department focused on sharing the highlights of the state-of-the-art hotel in fine management with the theme of "expanding horizons, changing ideas, finding gaps, and making up for shortcomings." The details and uniqueness of the operation planning; finally, the people who participated in the sharing meeting discussed the work speech after the opening of the building. Throughout the sharing session, everyone actively participated in it with full enthusiasm and a spirit of seeking knowledge. The colleagues responsible for sharing were enthusiastic and confident. The colleagues who accepted the sharing listened carefully and recorded it from time to time.



In her concluding speech, Ms. Ye Lifang pointed out that as an important enterprise of the Travel Control Group in Beijing, the building must actively establish the image of the group in Beijing and strive to become a first-class brand enterprise in government affairs. Through this training, I deeply feel everyone’s service awareness and service skills. All have been upgraded, laying a good foundation for the resumption of operations of the building. The power of action is the strongest, and the result of struggle is the most reliable. I hope that all employees will work hard, learn more, think more, base their jobs, work hard, and practice the "heart and affection, and be touched" for the building. High-quality service lays a solid foundation.
