On the morning of September 30th, Yang Aijun, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Guangdong Travel Control Group, went to Beijing Guangdong Building to investigate and supervise work safety and epidemic prevention and control. Deng Wenyue, commander of the on-site headquarters of the building safety renovation project, participated in the inspection.

The inspection team visited the fire control room, the natural gas meter room, the equipment room and the office areas of various departments, and focused on inspecting the gas pipelines and other facilities and equipment of the staff restaurant and the back kitchen of the rented unit.

Yang Aijun fully affirmed the relevant safety production and epidemic prevention and control work of Beijing Guangdong Building on the eve of the National Day holiday, and put forward requirements for the next stage of work: First, it is necessary to improve the political position, effectively fulfill the main responsibility of the state-owned enterprises for safety production, and strengthen Inspection of key areas, key parts, important facilities and equipment, as well as potential hazard investigations, improve production safety emergency plans, and implement various measures; second, adhere to the epidemic prevention and control as always, and pay close attention to the epidemic situation at all times. Adjust prevention and control measures in time to consolidate the results of epidemic prevention and control; the third is to implement departmental supervision responsibilities. In accordance with the work requirements of “safety in the management of business, safety in the industry, and safety in the management of production and operation”, the work responsibilities of the department are clarified; fourth, the building serves as the image window and government and business reception platform of the Travel Control Group in Beijing.
